Grey Emporio is a sustainable fashion brand, made locally in Cape Town. For their 2018 swimwear range, I was responsible for their digital media, and in house photography.
During my travels last year with the amazing Nick Pescetto & Giulia Calcaterra, I was fortunate enough to spend a month based in Bali, Indonesia. This destination slowly crept into my soul as a home away from home.
This is a collection of content, of myself and which I have created for others, for the duration of the trip.
Egypt blew my mind, and was one of my favourite cultural experiences to date, which left my mind playing catch-up with everything I thought I knew about the human race (I mean, just look at the size of those pyramids!).
I was lucky enough to work for Domina Egypt via Nick Pescetto & Giulia Calcaterra for their Social Media Marketing campaigns.
These are my favourite shots from the mass of content we produced in that week.
We also produced a video, which I directed and edited, from this action packed week, which you can watch here!
Going back to my cycling roots, getting to shoot the Cape Epic was truly special for me. I was commissioned by Signal Bikes to follow their team of Oli Munnik & Jarrod van den Heever, and capture stills which document the team through Africa’s Toughest Race.
During last year’s European summer, I joined my good friend Taun Visser to film the famous Zante White Party. This was probably one of the best experiences of my life. While most of it was documented through film, which you can watch here, I still managed to grab some photos while touring this amazing Island.
During my stay in Egypt, I shot the launch of the Selvatica Wear Jewellery range. The brief was for social media and web stills which highlight the jewellery, while providing a view into the “Selvatica Lifestyle”, focusing on the ocean and natural elements.
